Philip Gwyn developed [[IKC]], [[PoCo::Generic]], [[PoCo::Daemon]] and pestered Rocco to add a bunch of features, some of which actually were added.

Philip is building an application framework on top of POE and IKC. JA stands for Just Another. Completed so far are JAAS (Just Another Application Server), JAECA (Just Another E-Commerce Application), JASE (Just Another Search Engine) and JAUM (Just Another User Module).
